Thing 1 Thing 2

Time has flown and I am just now getting around to posting this baby shower.  I hate to admit it but this shower might have been the best shower yet!!!

Thank You Card

PINTREST FLOP:
Ya the oh so cute fuzz head cupcakes looked like this 5 minutes
after the picture was taken.  Note to self that the frosting
melts the cotton candy.  Duh I should have realized that.
To be honest we quickly put them into the holder to take the picture.

Thanks a Million

I am sad to say it took this stamp set being on the retired list for me to pull it off the shelf.  This card was a copy from Pintrest. I changed the background to brown and the stamp and boarder from black to blue.  I have to admit it is mostly because I could not find the black stamp pad.  I love how cute she looks with her boots.  So Thanks a Million for stopping by!

Bee Thankful

You too can bee thankful today!  Here is the last Bee post, I hope you are not sick of bee's yet.  I had to design something that was cute and easy for Cyndee to send out.  We also wanted something that people would want to save so this is what I came up with.  I hope you like it!

Leaf Thank You

Here is just another simple thank you card.  I cased the whole card from Pinterest!  The only thing is I did not stamp on the leaves.

My Wedding Thank You Card

With all of the showers I knew I would need thank you cards.  I knew I would not come up with a better idea for the wedding thank you cards so I was going to mass produce all at once.  I wanted to make them simple & light, but yet again fit the theme.  So this is what I came up with!  I kept the ribbon and the scalloped C in the center.  Then I used the large packs of cards that came with envelopes (to help cut on the cost). Then I used the same brown to make the ribbon pop.  I have to admit that I did not sit down and perfectly center each card before I glued it.  I actually sat in the back seat of my parents Jeep as we drove down to see my grandparents.  It was an adventure as I unloaded myself at each stop!  But by the time we hit Magic Mountain (where my grandparents live) I had finished all 300 thank you cards.

Thanks So Much Purse

This is just my simple thanks purse.  I cut the purse out of pink with the Big Shot and adhered the tabs and the handle.  Then I stamped the large heart from the P.S. I Love You stamp set.  I know this set is retired but I just love it!!!  Then I attached a tag stamped with "Thanks so Much" using a heart shaped brad.  It works with a round brad, but the heart shaped on just gave it a different look.

Parent Thank You's

Tomorrow is Kindergarten Promotion.  I could not have done this job without my parent help!  This year I wrapped a gift card in tissue paper and put it inside the bags.  Then I used tags from by butterfly class and made one additional different one (for the parent who took my butterfly class).

Butterfly Banner

I saw this card on Stamp with Heather and thought it was perfect and easy for my Butterfly class!
This card is so simple you cut three pieces of paper to 1 3/4" x 4" in any color or colors as the banners.  Then punch a butterfly out of the end of the paper strip to make the indentation.  Attach the paper strip to the card front.  Punch a butterfly to go under each paper strip with a glue dot in the middle of the butterfly fold up wings.  Attach bling to the center and add a ribbon to the top if you would like :)  DONE!

Mini Set of 3

I loved this set!  I wanted to do a set of little cards.  All I did was was cut 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 paper for the backing.  Then I used the Flight of the Butterfly stamp set and used 3 different stamps in the colors that matched the card.  To make the shape I punched around the stamp using the butterfly punch.  Then I stamped the "Thank You Very Much" at the bottom!  Perfect for a gift or a tag for flowers!!!

Thanks SO Much

I found the original card on Split Coast Stampers and then changed it a little ;)  I started with the blank card and added a piece of yellow we scalloped on the top using the Scalloped Boarder punch.  Before we attached the yellow we attached the ribbon behind to save on the ribbon.  To save more ribbon I took a scrap and tied it like a knot to the line of ribbon.  Then I used the green to stamp 4 of the Thanks SO Much stamp.  To make the stamps look straight I trimmed around 3 and attached them to the card.  To finish it off I colored and cut around the Thanks SO much part and used a dimensional to puff it up!
